Pricing
Why are prices not shown on the website?
Every Saanjh piece is made to order. The final price depends on your fabric, embroidery density, and any customisation. Rather than show a base price that does not reflect what you will actually pay, we share a detailed, transparent quote after a short conversation about your vision.
What is the price range?
Our pieces typically range from PKR 45,000 to PKR 250,000 — and beyond, for bridal commissions. Most made-to-order pieces from the Silhouettes Collection sit between PKR 50,000 and PKR 150,000.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes. We accept bank transfers (international wire), Wise transfers, and selected card payments. Full details are shared at the quote stage. All prices are quoted in PKR and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
Delivery
How long does a piece take?
Two to four weeks from confirmation, depending on the complexity of the embroidery. Bridal pieces and pieces with all-over embroidery may take six to eight weeks. We will always give you an honest timeline before you confirm.
Can you rush an order?
Sometimes. If your date is tight, write to us — we will tell you honestly whether it is possible. Rush orders carry an additional surcharge to cover the karigar overtime required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide, via DHL or Aramex. Five to ten working days from dispatch. International shipping is a flat add-on of PKR 6,000. Customs duties and taxes in your country are your responsibility; we are happy to provide all paperwork needed.
Customisation
Can I change the colour of a piece in the Silhouettes Collection?
Yes. We can dye fabric to match a Pantone code, a fabric swatch you send us, or a reference photograph. Bespoke colour matching is included on most pieces; for very specific shades, a small dyeing surcharge may apply.
Can I change the silhouette?
Within reason. Sleeve length, neckline, hem length, and fit are all adjustable at no charge. Larger silhouette changes — for example, turning a kaftan into a fitted gown — may not be possible without redesigning the piece, and we will tell you honestly if it falls outside the original design.
Returns & alterations
What is your returns policy?
Because every piece is made to order to your measurements and customisations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do, however, offer one complimentary alteration within thirty days of delivery to ensure a perfect fit. Full details on our Exchange & Returns Policy page.
What if the piece arrives damaged?
Write to us within forty-eight hours with photographs. If the damage occurred in transit or is a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace, or refund — whichever you prefer. We stand behind every piece that leaves our atelier.
The atelier
Can I visit?
Yes, by appointment. Saanjh is housed within Lyallpur Galleria, Faisalabad — alongside our sister space, Skinaura. We are happy to host you for fabric viewings, fittings, and consultations. Book via WhatsApp or the Visit Us page.
Do you take wholesale or stockist enquiries?
