Every Saanjh piece is hand-folded in muslin and packed in a Saanjh box — here is how it reaches you.
Within Pakistan
- Courier: TCS, Leopards, or M&P — whichever serves your city best
- Delivery time: Two to four working days from dispatch
- Shipping cost: Complimentary on all orders within Pakistan
- Tracking: A tracking number is shared on WhatsApp the moment your piece dispatches
International shipping
- Courier: DHL Express or Aramex — fully tracked, insured, signature on delivery
- Delivery time: Five to ten working days from dispatch
- Shipping cost: Flat PKR 6,000 worldwide (approximately USD 22 / GBP 17 / AED 80)
- Tracking: Full tracking link shared the moment your piece dispatches
Customs duties & taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping fee.
We declare every parcel at its full value. We do not under-declare. This is both honest practice and protects your right to claim should anything go wrong in transit.
If you would like an estimate of likely customs charges before ordering, write to us with your country and we will share what we know from previous shipments to that region.
When does my piece dispatch?
Your piece dispatches once it is complete and the balance payment is received. Because every Saanjh piece is made to order, the timeline is:
- Standard pieces: Two to four weeks from order confirmation to dispatch
- Heavy embroidery pieces: Four to six weeks
- Bridal commissions: Six to ten weeks, sometimes longer for full bridal sets
We share an honest timeline before you confirm. We do not over-promise.
Packaging
Every Saanjh piece is:
- Hand-folded in unbleached muslin (which doubles as your long-term storage wrap)
- Layered with tissue between embroidery panels to prevent friction
- Packed in a structured Saanjh box for protection in transit
- Sealed with the Saanjh wax seal
If your piece arrives damaged
Inspect your parcel on arrival. If the outer box shows any sign of damage, photograph it before opening. Open the parcel carefully and inspect the piece itself.
If there is any damage — to the piece, the embroidery, or the fabric — write to us within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund.

Shipping to addresses different from billing
Yes — we ship to any address you specify, anywhere in the world. Gifting is welcomed. If you would like a hand-written note enclosed, tell us at the quote stage and we will include it.
